WARRANTY POLICY

 

The warranty period begins from the time of purchase of the product by the first end user. The time depends on each product line and the contract that both parties have signed to apply the warranty policy.

1. Warranty regulations

Warranty liability does not include the following cases:

- Damaged due to misuse, overuse, negligence or other weather factors on the product.

- Damage caused by using non-genuine spare parts or using the product in an overloaded condition according to the manufacturer's regulations

- Wear and tear due to use.

- The product has been repaired and parts replaced by a third party.

- The product has exceeded the product warranty period.

2. Product warranty method

When receiving your request, the technical staff of Hamakyu Co., Ltd. will first identify the problem and advise on how to resolve it via phone number, email, and then make a proposal for solution.

In case the product is defective due to the purchaser, the customer will have to pay the cost of consulting and repair services to Hamakyu Co., Ltd. according to the content of the service determined.
